This page sets out the official Terms & Conditions for the TopWealth Trading "Trade and Earn — Bonus Companion" campaign. Please read the full content — including eligibility, net-deposit calculation, valid closed-lot requirements, bonus issuance conditions, platform review rights, important disclosures and risk warnings — in full before participating. Participation is subject to TopWealth Trading's final review.
Non-investment-advice and non-deposit-invitation notice
These campaign terms describe the rules and applicable conditions of a TopWealth Trading campaign only. They are not investment advice, trade advice, an account-opening invitation, a deposit invitation, a return promise or a recommendation of any financial product.
You should not open an account, deposit funds, increase deposit amounts, increase trading frequency or expand trading size solely because of this campaign. You should decide independently whether to participate and whether to trade, based on your own financial situation, trading experience, investment objectives and risk tolerance.
1. Campaign period
The campaign runs for three months. The exact start and end dates are confirmed by TopWealth Trading's official announcement.
During the campaign period, once a client meets the relevant net-deposit and valid closed-lot requirements, the client may apply once per month, at month-end, to redeem the campaign bonus. Approved bonuses will be credited to the applied trading account within five business days.
Each redemption is calculated independently. Net deposits and lots used for one redemption are not re-counted and are not eligible for tier top-up. Subsequent redemption applications must independently meet the relevant tier requirements again.
2. Eligibility
This campaign is available only to clients who satisfy TopWealth Trading's account-opening, identity verification and compliance requirements.
TopWealth Trading reserves the right to determine whether a client is eligible to participate based on the client's account status, identity verification, trading behaviour, risk records and other compliance factors.
3. Net-deposit calculation
Tier qualification under this campaign uses the client's net deposits during the campaign period. Each trading account is treated as a separate redemption unit.
Net Deposit = Deposits during the campaign period − Withdrawals during the campaign period
Net deposits are recalculated after each redemption settlement.
The following are not counted as valid net deposits:
- Internal transfers;
- Fund movements between accounts;
- Bonus amounts, credit lines or platform adjustments;
- Other amounts that TopWealth Trading reasonably determines are not genuine, externally-sourced new funds.
4. Bonus tier settlement
To apply for the bonus at a given tier, a client must meet all of the following conditions, with final issuance subject to platform review:
- Meet the accumulated net-deposit requirement for that tier;
- Meet the valid closed-lot requirement for that tier;
- No breach of campaign rules, abnormal trading, fund arbitrage, identity arbitrage or other improper conduct has occurred;
- Final platform review is passed.
5. Valid closed-lot rules
"Closed lots" for the purposes of this campaign must be real, valid and executed under normal market conditions.
The following trades may not be counted as valid closed lots:
- Trades exploiting delayed quotes, abnormal quotes, system faults or abnormal liquidity;
- Other trades that the platform reasonably determines do not have a genuine trading purpose.
TopWealth Trading is entitled to assess whether a trade should be counted toward valid closed lots based on the client's trading records, holding period, frequency, instrument, direction, account relationships and other risk indicators.
Lot conversions across product classes:

6. Nature of the bonus
Campaign bonuses are issued to the client's trading account in the form of Balance.
Even though displayed as Balance, the client understands and agrees that the bonus is a campaign reward issued by TopWealth Trading under these rules — not original client capital. TopWealth Trading retains the ongoing right to review the client's eligibility, net deposits, valid trading lots, account relationships and any abnormal trading behaviour.
If the client breaches campaign rules, engages in arbitrage, abnormal trading or otherwise fails to meet the conditions of the campaign, TopWealth Trading reserves the right to cancel, adjust or claw back issued bonuses and related profits.
7. Platform review rights
After the campaign ends, the platform will review the client's deposit records, withdrawal records, account information, trading records, IB relationships, device information, login environment and other relevant data.
Based on its reasonable judgement the platform is entitled to:
- Consolidate related accounts;
- Exclude invalid trading lots;
- Recalculate accumulated net deposits;
- Adjust the client's campaign tier;
- Delay bonus issuance;
- Cancel campaign eligibility;
- Claw back issued bonuses and related profits.
8. Campaign adjustment and termination
In the event of extreme market volatility, low liquidity, major news events, system anomalies, abuse of campaign rules, regulatory developments or other uncontrollable factors, the platform may suspend, adjust or terminate the campaign in advance.
The platform retains the right to interpret, supplement and adjust these rules. Any adjustment will be notified through channels the platform considers appropriate.
9. Important disclosures and risk warning
CFDs, FX, precious metals, indices, energy products, digital-asset products and other leveraged trading products carry a high level of risk. Prices may move rapidly due to market volatility, liquidity changes, major news, geopolitical and economic factors, exchange-rate movements and other uncontrollable factors. Clients may incur losses in a short period, and those losses may exceed expectation.
This campaign is an arrangement offered by TopWealth Trading to eligible clients under the campaign terms. It does not constitute investment advice, trade advice, a return promise, a profit guarantee, risk compensation, an account-opening invitation or a deposit invitation. Clients should not deposit, trade, increase trading frequency or expand trading size solely because of this campaign.
Before participating and before trading, clients should fully understand the product characteristics, trading rules, margin requirements, leverage risk, market risk and their own risk tolerance, and make trading decisions independently. Clients bear full responsibility for the consequences of their trading.
The issuance of a campaign bonus does not represent any guarantee by TopWealth Trading regarding trading outcomes and should not be interpreted as compensation for client losses. TopWealth Trading does not guarantee that clients will earn any return by participating in this campaign.
